Membership Agreement

Mission

To create a vibrant, economically viable community where differences are embraced and members are self-sufficient and thriving.

Goals

  • To improve the quality of relationships and connections among the people and organizations within the Pajaro Valley.
  • To strengthen the communication and working relationships among individuals and organizations serving families in the Pajaro Valley.
  • Utilize working relationships to create community-wide change.

Role of the WCCC

  • Identify and prioritize issues affecting families in the Pajaro Valley.
  • Identify solutions to issues affecting families in the Pajaro Valley.
  • Participate in collaborative efforts to address issues affecting families in the Pajaro Valley.
  • Implement collaborative efforts through the work of the Action Groups.
  • Ensure products and outcomes of the Action Groups are institutionalized.

WCCC Member Benefits

  • Inclusion in the WCCC’s service map and other collaborative materials
  • Affiliation with a broad-based, action-oriented collaborative
  • Invitations to attend and/or present at WCCC meetings and events
  • Networking opportunities with other individuals and organizations

WCCC Member Responsibilities

  • Attend WCCC meetings consistently
  • Participate in WCCC events
  • Share resources, provide in-kind support and identify opportunities for collaboration whenever possible
  • Maintain updated agency information in the Community Information Database, the Santa Cruz Public Libraries’ web-based resource directory

I / My organization agree(s) to support the WCCC’s mission and goals and fulfill the member responsibilities. This agreement will remain valid as long as I/my organization wish(es) to remain a member and fulfill(s) these responsibilities. This agreement may be withdrawn at any time by me/my organization or the WCCC via written notice.
