Goals
- To improve the quality of relationships and connections among the people and organizations within the Pajaro Valley.
- To strengthen the communication and working relationships among individuals and organizations serving families in the Pajaro Valley.
- Utilize working relationships to create community-wide change.
Role of the WCCC
- Identify and prioritize issues affecting families in the Pajaro Valley.
- Identify solutions to issues affecting families in the Pajaro Valley.
- Serve as a sounding board for issues affecting families in the Pajaro Valley.
- Participate in collaborative efforts to address issues affecting families in the Pajaro Valley.
- Implement collaborative efforts through the work of the Action Groups.
- Ensure products and outcomes of the Action Groups are institutionalized.

WCCC Member Responsibilities
- Assign a representative to attend WCCC meetings, or one of the sub committees consistently
- Participate in WCCC events
- Share resources, provide in-kind support and identify opportunities for collaboration whenever possible
- Maintain updated agency information in the Community Information Database, the Santa Cruz Public Libraries’ web-based resource directory
I / My organization agree(s) to support the WCCC’s mission and goals and fulfill the member responsibilities. This agreement will remain valid as long as I/my organization wish(es) to remain a member and fulfill(s) these responsibilities. This agreement may be withdrawn at any time by me/my organization or the WCCC via written notice.
