Member Dues, Sustainability of the WCCC
Dear WCCC Members–
I am currently part of the leadership team for our group and one of the things we are looking at is sustainability. One of the ways we are looking at sustaining the WCCC is through member dues. There are various ways to do this and in order to get the conversation started I wanted to present three possibilities:
1.) A flat rate per group in the range of $250-$350. Each group pays the same regardless of budget size.
2.) A sliding scale based on budget size. Organizations with budgets under $100,000 would pay $100, between $100,000 and $250,000 — $250, between $250,000 and $500,000– $350, over $500,000– $450.
3.) Ask for a minimum of $100 from each group but encourage groups that can to give more.
Please let me know your thoughts. Which of these ideas do you like best? Do you have an alternative idea?
