Free Fundraising Training!

A Free Day of Fundraising Essentials
Featuring Foundation Center training
Sponsored by the S.H. Cowell Foundation
In cooperation with the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County

Thanks to support from the S.H. Cowell Foundation, the Foundation Center is offering its most popular curriculum of free training programs to nonprofits in the Watsonville region (including Pajaro Valley). The day will include training on creating effective fundraising plans, researching foundation prospects, best practices in cultivating relationships with foundations and an opportunity to hear directly from grantmakers in the region about how to apply and current philanthropic trends. Participants will receive free copies of the Foundation Center’s popular books Securing Your Organization’s Future and Winning Proposals.
