Cultural Competency presentation on 10/19 in Watsonville

Please join us this Friday morning for a presentation on Cultural Competency for Health Care Providers Serving Latino Families: Identify cultural issues influencing patient and family health care experiences and learn culturally sensitive assessment and communication skills to improve outcomes, by Silvia Austerlic, Latino Community Liaison at Hospice Caring Project. This presentation is part of a professional speaker series to commemorate Binational Health Week, enhance your knowledge, and to improve service delivery to the Latino community.
