2008 CNM 2008 Non-Profit Wage & Benefits Survey

The Center for Non-Profit Management conducts an annual wage and benefits survey for Northern California non-profits, and they are currently in the process of conducting their 2008 survey. This is a very valuable, and possibly the only tool for our area, to determine wage equalities.

By participating in the survey, you receive a 70% discount on the publication when it comes out. The discounts are posted on the web site, but as an example if you are $500k-$1M agency, the full cost is $300, but you get it for $90. It takes about 20-30 minutes to do the survey, collected on an Excel spreadsheet.

The more people that participate means more representative figures for our area.

City of Watsonville Neighborhood Services New Site

The Neighborhood Services Division is moving to 37 Davis Ave., Freedom. An Open House for city staff & community partners will be held on January 29 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
